Welcome to Online Bill Payment from SACRED HEART HOSPITAL
This is a convenient way to pay your SACRED HEART HOSPITAL bill.
You may pay by Credit /Debit card.
FOLLOW THESE STEPS TO MAKE A PAYMENT

 Click on the “Pay My Bill” Icon.

 In the box labeled “ Invoice Number” enter your patient account number located on your statement.

 Enter the first and last name of the patient in the “Description” box.

 Enter the amount of the payment in the “Qty” box in whole dollars. If your payment is $5.00 enter the number 5. Please verify the amount in the total US$ box to make sure the amount entered is accurate.

Enter your Credit Card Number in the “Card Number” box.
(do not enter spaces or dashes)

Enter the “Expiration Date” located on your credit or debit card
( in mmyy format-for example 03/09 would be entered as 0309)

 Billing Information:
a
 First Name and Last Name = Enter First Name and Last Name of the cardholder
b
 Address, City, State and Zip = Enter Address of the cardholder
c
 Email = Email of the cardholder
d
 Phone and Fax = Enter Phone and Fax numbers of the cardholder

 Do not use the Shipping information area

 After all the payment information has been entered
click on the “Submit” icon to process your payment.
